About Charm City Balloons
We’re located at 9130 Red Branch Road, Suite E, Columbia, MD 21045. We’re a retail balloon shop right in the heart of Columbia, Maryland.
We’re open Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. We’re closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
We’re a semi-DIY balloon decor service! You browse our extensive list of pre-designed balloon garlands, bouquets, and arrangements, customize your selection to fit your event, and then pick it up at our store or have it delivered to your door. We handle all the inflating and assembling — you just set it up at your venue. It’s the easiest way to get stunning balloon decor without hiring a full-service decorator.
Charm City Balloons and Partistry Balloons are sister brands! Charm City Balloons is your go-to for affordable, ready-to-go balloon decor that you pick up or get delivered. Partistry Balloons is our full-service, fully custom event decor brand for clients who want something completely bespoke with on-site installation. If you’re looking for budget-friendly and beautiful, you’re in the right place. If you need a fully custom, installed setup, we’ll connect you with Partistry.

These are fully assembled, ready-to-display balloon arrangements that you can pick up or have delivered. We also offer seasonal specialty items like our stuffed balloon gifts.

Stuffed balloon gifts are oversized balloons filled with toys, candy, crafts, and other goodies. They’re a showstopper alternative to traditional gift baskets! We offer them for various holidays and occasions. Check our shop page for current seasonal offerings.
Ordering & Delivery
Yes! We offer door drop-off delivery in the Columbia, MD area. Please note that we deliver to your door only — we do not provide on-site installation or setup. For full-service installation, check out our sister brand Partistry Balloons.
Of course! In-store pickup is available at our shop at 9130 Red Branch Road, Suite E, Columbia, MD 21045 during our regular business hours (Wed–Fri 10am–6pm, Sat 9am–2pm). Just place your order online and select the pickup option at checkout.
For standard balloon orders, we recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure availability. For seasonal items (like Easter stuffed balloons) or large orders, we recommend ordering at least a week ahead as these items can sell out quickly.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure online checkout. In-store, we accept credit cards and cash.
