Charm City Balloons delivers ready-to-display balloon bouquets, garlands, arches and stuffed balloon gifts from our shop at 9130 Red Branch Road in Columbia, Maryland. Everything is inflated and assembled before it leaves us, so it arrives finished. You put it where you want it and you are done.
How delivery works
- Order online any time. Pick your design, pick your date, and add the delivery address at checkout.
- Pricing is based on drive time. We calculate your delivery fee from how long it actually takes to get to you from Columbia, so you see a real number at checkout instead of a guess.
- Choose your window. Pick the delivery date and time window that works, and we build your order fresh for that day.
- Door drop-off, semi-DIY. Everything arrives inflated and assembled, delivered to your door. We do not install, ever. You place it where you want it, which is what keeps our prices where they are.

Prefer to pick it up?
In-store pickup is free and is usually the fastest option, especially inside the same week. Through September 30 pickups are at 9130 Red Branch Road, Suite E, Columbia, MD 21045. From October 1 pickups move to our new location at 8989 Herrmann Drive, Suite 200, Columbia, MD. We are not open for walk-ins. Every pickup is by appointment in a one-hour window that you book at checkout, and there is no pickup charge.
How far ahead should you order?
For bouquets and individual helium balloons, a few days is usually plenty. For garlands, arches, columns and anything custom, give us at least a week, and two weeks during graduation season and December. If you are up against a deadline, call. We can often do more than the calendar suggests.
