Balloon Delivery in Columbia, MD
Columbia is our home town. Our studio sits at 8989 Herrmann Drive, Suite 200, right off Route 175 and Oakland Mills Road near Wegmans, which means Columbia deliveries are the shortest run we make all day. If you need balloons somewhere in Columbia, you are already about ten minutes from the people inflating them.
Neighborhoods we deliver to
We deliver to every Columbia village: Town Center, Wilde Lake, Harper’s Choice, Oakland Mills, Long Reach, Hickory Ridge, Kings Contrivance, Dorsey’s Search and River Hill. We also handle the office parks along Red Branch Road, Snowden River Parkway and Columbia Gateway, which is where a lot of our weekday deliveries go.
What Columbia orders
Birthdays are the bulk of it, and the two things people ask for most are a balloon bouquet for the kitchen table and a balloon garland for a dessert table or a photo wall. In May and June it flips almost entirely to graduation decor, especially for Howard County high school parties and Howard Community College. Office deliveries tend to be retirement and congratulations bouquets.
Timing
Because we are local, Columbia is where we have the most room to move. Same-week orders are usually no problem, and if you call us in the morning we can often sort out a short-notice bouquet for the same day. Garlands, arches and custom themed decor need more runway, so aim for a week ahead and two weeks in graduation season.
Delivery or pickup
Delivery pricing is calculated from actual drive time, so Columbia addresses get our lowest delivery fee. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Pickup is free on weekdays and for Columbia customers it is often the easiest option. Pickup is by appointment only, so book a one-hour pickup window at checkout and we will have your order waiting. Weekday windows between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM cost nothing; 3:00 to 5:00 PM is $30 and weekend windows are $50.
