We keep things simple here. We’ve got pre-designed balloon decor that’s anything but basic. We can customize the colors, themes, and size, but if you’re looking for something completely custom, we can connect you with one of our trusted partners. Just keep in mind that custom decor often costs far more than pre-designed options
We typically deliver within 20 miles of Columbia, MD, covering Howard, Montgomery, Baltimore County, and Baltimore City. We also deliver to DC, Anne Arundel, Carroll, and Frederick Counties with higher fees. Not sure we reach you? Add your address at checkout to see availability and pricing.
As soon as possible! You can order weeks in advance (we love planners). We also can handle last-minute orders if our schedule allows. Advanced orders give you more options and guarantee availability.
Because you’re getting so much more! Our balloons are professional-quality, inflated with care, treated to last much longer, and assembled by a team of experts. We use Hi-Float to extend the life of latex balloons and carefully prep every piece of decor. Plus, no helium tanks or balloon pumps for you to mess with. Everything is done and ready to go.
And while we may cost more than big box stores, we’re still way more affordable than full-service custom decor companies. It’s the perfect sweet spot!
Yes, we can… however:
• Orders must be paid in full before we inflate anything.
• If your balloon pops, we can’t refund you or replace it.
• Why not use our balloons instead? They’re the same price, and if one pops, we’ll replace it!
Plus, our balloons are high-quality and float longer. Are you balloons from Amazon or Temu? Those often pop or don’t float long or at all.
Charm City Balloons is ideal if you want ready-to-go decor without inflating anything yourself. We don’t offer installation, but setup is simple. Columns and bouquets arrive assembled and freestanding, so you can place them where you want. Garlands are lightweight and include clear hanging instructions for walls, mantels, stair rails, and more, and we’ll add extra tips if you need them. If you need your event set up, we can connect you with a trusted partner.
Balloons will last the longest when kept indoors and in a low-humidity environment. Balloons and heat do not mix, so keep your balloons away from sunlight or heating vents.
NOTE: We do not recommend using your balloons outdoors. Once balloons leave our shop or are delivered, they’re all yours. There are no guarantees, refunds or replacements (they’re fragile little guys!). We include care instructions to help you get the most out of them
Our balloon decor is designed for indoor use only, and we don’t offer heavy-duty stands or weights to secure it outdoors. Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, and sunlight, which can shorten their lifespan and cause them to move or tip over.
